Every product has one or more plans that differ in resources (for example CPU, memory and storage).
Pricing
- Prices are shown per day, in Indian rupees (₹).
- You choose the number of days when you order. The minimum is 30 days and the maximum is 3 years.
- Total = price per day × number of days, plus GST where it applies.
- You can renew at any time before or after expiry to extend your service.
GST
Each product is configured as either GST inclusive (the listed price already contains GST), GST extra (GST is added at checkout) or no GST. The checkout shows the exact breakdown before you pay, and your invoice repeats it.
Availability
Some plans and products have limited capacity. When a plan is sold out it is hidden from the catalogue and cannot be ordered; other plans of the same product stay available. If every plan of a product is sold out, the product is shown as unavailable. Existing customers can always renew the plan they are on.
One subscription per product
You can hold one active subscription per product at a time. To change plans, renew or contact support.
